You are not alone in this

Whether you're trying to conceive, in the thick of postpartum, or feeling untethered in midlife, there is steady, specialized care for this.

The reproductive years are among the most profound chapters of a life, and the most underserved by conventional therapy. They also ask the most of a marriage — the strain on a partnership during fertility, postpartum, and midlife is real, and worth taking seriously. This practice exists to meet you there: in the cycles, the night feeds, the appointments, the grief, the identity shifts, the relationship, the rage, the joy. Without rushing. Without minimizing. Without making you translate.

What I hear, often

If any of this feels familiar.

There is no version of these experiences that is too small to bring in. The goal isn't to fix you. It's to make sure you don't carry it alone.

Reach Out

"The two-week wait is destroying me, and no one in my life understands why."

"I should be happy. I have a healthy baby. And I'm not."

"I keep replaying the birth. It hijacks days I should be present for."

"I lost the pregnancy and the world moved on in a week."

"I don't recognize my body, my mood, or my marriage anymore."

"We've stopped reaching for each other and I don't know how to start again."

"I'm raging at my kids and crying in the pantry by 4 p.m."

"Therapy didn't help last time because she didn't get this part of life."

Areas of focus

Specialized care across the reproductive lifespan and the relationships it shapes.

Most therapists see one or two of these areas. I built a practice around all of them, so you don't have to find a new clinician at every stage.

About Cindy

A relational therapist trained in the years that change everything.

Cindy Weathers is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and Certified Group Psychotherapist with a master's in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, Los Angeles. She trained in the Trauma Resiliency Model and has spent her career holding space for people in transition: fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, loss, partnership, midlife.

Her work is psychodynamic and relational. That means: she's interested in what's underneath, in your history, in the pattern. And she stays present, warm, and steady in the room, because the relationship is the medicine.

Two Paths

Cindy is also the co-founder and clinical lead of Two Paths, a complete co-parenting platform for separated and divorced parents, with shared custody calendars, court-grade documentation, and AI communication tools built on her clinical framework.

The approach

Warm. Specific. Unrushed.

Relational at the core

The relationship itself is the most reliable predictor of meaningful change. We build that first, and the rest follows.

Trauma-informed

Trained in TRM (Trauma Resiliency Model) for grief, loss, and birth trauma. We slow down, we titrate, we let the nervous system catch up.

Psychodynamic depth

We pay attention to the story underneath the story. Patterns from family, partnership, and the body don't survive being seen clearly.

Specific to this season

Reproductive and hormonal transitions need a therapist who knows the medical realities, the timelines, and the language, without having to be taught.

A brief consultation tells you almost everything.

We'll talk for about 15 minutes, free, by phone. You'll get a sense of how I work, I'll get a sense of what you need, and together we'll know whether to schedule a first session, or whether a referral to someone else in this field would serve you better.
